Soft cake mix cookies stacked up like birthday cakes between layers of chocolate frosting- an easy recipe to customize for your next party!

Ingredients:

• Box of Cake Mix (any flavor)
• 2 Eggs
• Vegetable Oil (use amount called for on cake mix box directions)
• Frosting

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together in the bowl of your electric mixer.
3. Use a cookie scoop to form into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 9 minutes.
5. Let cool.
6. Frost and stack cookies to form mini cakes (if desired).
